Registration Fee
The normal registration fee is 350EU. The student fee is 250EU.
A few scholarships will be available to exceptional students covering travel costs and registration fees.

Accommodation Booking
The hotel accommodation on half board basis costs 135EU in a single room and 75EU per night in a shared double room.

Excursion and Conference Dinner
An excursion will be offered on Friday afternoon (9/4/2010) to the Knossos archaeological site (A Minoan palace complex of over 1000 interlocking rooms dating back to 1700 BC).
We also plan to visit the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, one of the finest prehistoric museums of the world.
After this a Conference dinner will be held with Cretan music and dances. The excursion will cost 30EU and the dinner 50EU.

We kindly ask you to fill in the online registration form correctly your first name, your last name, the institution you are working for, as well as your city and country. This information-data will be used for your printed conference badge.

You will have to enter your credit card details as guarantee for the payment of the registration fee and the accommodation at the hotel “Kalimera Kriti”, as well as for your participation at the Conference Excursion and the Conference Dinner.
As the accommodation and generally all the hotel and conference services have to be prepaid, your credit card will be charged with the total amount on the 10th of March 2010, without any second notice.
